SHIPPING IN GREECE

The company carries out the shipments of the products through the courier General Post. For orders over 25 euros, shipping will be free (except sales periods). For orders below 25 euros, the customer is charged a fee of 2.5 euros, while in the case of a return or replacement, the charge amounts to 5 euros.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and nothing is missing from its packaging. All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. That’s why they must be returned in exactly the same condition you received them. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of change.

For purchases with card within Greece, Free Shipping (regardless of the amount in the basket) and -10% discount on the total amount in the basket.

Until the product reaches us, it is under your responsibility, so it is important that you take care of its safe transport to avoid any damage and therefore inability to return it.

Attention: In the unfortunate event that the product you purchased reaches you with damages, please inform us immediately within the same day. In this case the customer is entitled to a replacement or compensation.

• Earrings are non-refundable, due to hygiene reasons.
• No refunds are given.

If you want to purchase a gift, you should mention in the order notes that you want an exchange card, which gives the customer the possibility of 10 days to change. In this case, the customer bears the costs of transport – change

In case you wish to buy a discount product, you should take into account that it cannot be changed or returned. We do not accept returns/exchanges on BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, 2+1, FREE SHIPPING offers and products purchased using DISCOUNT CODES. Changes are ONLY accepted to the number in this case.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY

The products are delivered within 1-3 working days within Thessaloniki and 3-5 working days outside Thessaloniki if the place of dispatch is mainland Greece, Crete and the islands. This delivery period does not apply in the following cases:

– delivery to remote areas

– strikes

– extreme weather conditions

– reasons of force majeure

– if a product is not immediately available, you will be informed by the company’s customer service department about the delivery time.

SHIPPING TO CYPRUS

– For shipping (by card) with delivery within 2 working days, the charge is 15,00€ up to 2 kg weight.

For cash on delivery to Cyprus, the surcharge on the basic charge is 5,00€ i.e. 20,00€.

The charge is borne by the customer.

SHIPPING ABROAD

Shipments abroad are made with the company TNT and shipping costs 27 euros. Free shipping for over 25 euros does not apply. A 10% discount applies for purchases with a card.
