The company carries out the shipments of the products through the courier General Post. For orders over 35 euros, shipping will be free (except sales periods). For orders below 35 euros, the customer is charged a fee of 2.5 euros, while in the case of a return or replacement, the charge amounts to 5 euros.
Attention: In the unfortunate event that the product you purchased reaches you with damages, please inform us immediately within the same day. In this case the customer is entitled to a replacement or compensation.
